This was the picture we were sent of Tinkerbell all wrapped up cozy in blankets. The story was a woman brought her to the local shelter to surrender her, no reason given. She was told they were full and could she come back in a few days. On the way home from work, the shelter worker saw a dog wandering on the side of the road, it was the same dog. She scooped her up and took her home and looked for a rescue to take her.
