Mana came by my house for pictures.
She is so sweet, a beautiful cream color. She is living with foster mom Tracie and foster pups Dexter, Pippin and Lady.
Tuesday
Mana doggy sat by Terri. A few notes..............
Mana's foster mom went on vacation so fluffy volunteer Terri took care of little Mana. Here are a few notes she had of her...........
Mana is a a very sweet girl. She is somewhat shy when she first meets somebody new, but she warmed up very quickly to both my husband and me after the first day. If you are sitting down, she will for sure be snuggling in your lap. She got along beautifully with both of our dogs and loved playing with them even though they are double and triple her size.
She is still not comfortable on the leash and seems to gag herself when she pulls. We bought two different harnesses and she was able to slip them both by backing out of them. Thankfully, this happened while we were inside our fence and we quickly scooped her up. Whoever she ends up with will have to be very diligent about finding a harness that will keep her safe.
She never failed to come when we called her name which is WONDERFUL!!!
She had a few potty accidents in the house but I am chalking that up to a new environment and all in all she did pretty well in that area.
She only barked when chiming in with the other dogs or when one of us came home and she was excited, so no problem with excessive barking at all.
When she was with her regular foster mom she slept in their bed. However, we don't let the dogs in our bed so she slept in a crate next to our bed. She would just protest for a minute or so but when we said "Mana, quiet" she would settle right down. The last two nights she hasn't made a peep when we put her in the crate so she figured out the new routine pretty quickly!!
Whoever adopts her will be very lucky! She is a sweet, sweet little peanut!!
